Impact of Service Quality Dimensions on Student Satisfaction in Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality dimensions on student satisfaction at Universitas Amikom Yogyakarta. The research population was all undergraduate students who had studied least in third semester. sample size 320. sampling technique chosen purposive sampling. Furthermore, testing hypothesis using a multiple linear regression model. results prove that tangibles, assurance and empathy have significant positive satisfaction. While reliability responsiveness but not coefficient R squared is 56%, meaning variation changes determined by five model this study.
